AMUR is committed to sustainable luxury and your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
